Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0900AM to 0630PM)
Location: 1 Strathmore Road
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and independent worker.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum GCE āNā level, NITEC, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of office administration experience.
- School experience is an advantage.
Scope of works:
- Greet and assist visitors, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Record and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain records of student departures and late arrivals; perform data entry tasks.
- Assist in managing and ordering stationery supplies.
- Help manage key presses and ensure proper logging.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by school authorities.
