Job Advertisement: Administrative Assistant

Echowave Technologies Pte. Ltd.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative tasks of the company. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi are highly encouraged to apply!


Job Responsibilities:


• Handle daily administrative tasks, including document management, meeting scheduling, and data entry

• Manage phone calls and email correspondence

• Assist in interdepartmental communication and coordination

• Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies

• Help organize and arrange company events


Job Requirements:


• Diploma or higher, preferably in Administration, Business Management, or related fields

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and fluency in Hindi is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented, patient, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Location: Singapore,Paya Lebar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
