Job Roles & Responsibilities
As the IT Project Coordinator, you will:
Liaise directly with clients to ensure day-to-day project delivery is on schedule.
Coordinate internal resources to maintain project timelines and synchronize project participants.
Handle and organize large amounts of data daily, ensuring all details are captured and accurate.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to long work hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage data: Organize large sets of data to ensure smooth and timely delivery of major projects.
Ensure timeline conformance: Monitor and coordinate all project aspects to align with schedules, deliverables, and requirements.
Resource allocation: Assign and schedule internal and external resources to maximize project efficiency and output.
Risk and issue management: Identify project risks and communicate outcomes to management. Escalate issues as needed according to the project work plan.
Serve as communication hub: Act as the primary liaison between company teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication across all parties.
Problem solving: Manage expectations, resolve escalated issues, and support overall project success.
Job Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within IT or related fields.
Proven experience in coordinating teams and clients, ensuring alignment of project objectives.
Demonstrated success in a corporate setting, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of management.
Excellent communication skills: strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
