- Support the team in the daily management of client premises, encompass maintenance, tenancy and arrears management, advertising, and promotion.
- Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with key personnel and relevant authorities to gather feedback, enhance the reputation and effectiveness of client premises.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual specifications in tender documents, service levels, and Key Performance Indicators outlined by the client.
- Provide technical advice and support to the team on building, plumbing and sanitary, and M&E services such as ACMV, BMS, fire protection system, lift, escalator, etc.
- Assist the supervisor in formulating strategies and objectives to continually improve processes and SOPs when necessary.
- Manage upgrading projects for client premises, oversee project timelines, ensure smooth implementation, meet project objectives in terms of cost, quality, and time, and address project risks and issues.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Estate Management, Building Maintenance or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
