Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
- Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture and ensure employee engagement in EHS initiatives.
- Provide training and resources to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key EHS metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in EHS regulations, standards, and best practice relevant to the industry.
- Serve as primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding EHS matters.
- Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety.
- Possess ISO and OHSAS knowledge and implementation.
Requirement:
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor
· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years
· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
· Good communication skills and team player
· Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government
· Class 3 Qualified Driving License
Candidate must have audit experience.
