Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Develop and manage daily schedules for field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Track and provide direct support to assigned technicians
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers on open or unresolved tickets, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction
