Responsibilities:
As a team member of the Communications’ team of Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF), you will be a part of a young and growing team with a passion for serving our communities. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective communication and for maintaining positive relationship with our stakeholders.
- Plan, manage and analyse CCF social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. This includes both social media and google ad buys.
- Generate transmedia content across traditional and digital media platform to communicate and position the CCF brand.
- Oversee the development and management of CCF websites, campaign microsites and CRM.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders and other departments in assisting with CCF events planning, management and execution.
- Support production of corporate marketing/ event publicity and branding collaterals (physical and digital).
- Manage day-to-day public enquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
While candidates who meet the following job requirements are preferred, fresh graduates who are committed to learn and start a career in communications in the Social Services sector will be considered as well.
- Tertiary education, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business with major in Marketing.
- Minimum of two years of working experience in related fields preferred.
- Good command of English with writing and editing skills.
- A meticulous, motivated and resourceful team player with positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively with others, handle multiple projects with good time management skill.
- Highly advantageous to have: - - End-to-end experience from concept to execution of marketing/branding campaigns.
Hands-on experience in planning, execution and reporting of social media ad buys.
Knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator and video editing skills.
