Job Responsibilities:
- Receive inquiries and record caller details for sales follow-up.
- Prepare invoices and monthly consolidated billing reports.
- Maintain filing system and update waste information in Navision software.
- Assist the Customer Service team and coordinate with logistics and operations to meet customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec or above in any field, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
