The PMO Analyst will provide essential support to project management activities, with a strong focus on resource management, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role is integral to ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently, meeting deliverables on time and within scope. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily project operations, including on/off-boarding and leave tracking of project team members.
- Manage administrative tasks in collaboration with clients and team members.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and prepare comprehensive meeting decks.
- Track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management.
- Generate regular reports and maintain project site office facilities to support seamless project execution.
