- Working Days & Hours: 5 Days Work Week, 830am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers for precious metal refining in industries such as Oil & Gas, Aviation, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, etc.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate deals, gathering feedback on quotations, competitor actions, and decision-makers' intentions.
- Communicate metal pricing and transfer requirements to customers.
- Monitor metal prices, customer job status, and coordinate with departments for customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to update and maintain the customer database.
- Assist Senior Manager in improving the Customer Care Program, addressing complaints, and adapting to customer changes.
- Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in handling Asia market with proven track record in key accoount management.
- Possess own vehicle required.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills and ability to travel overseas as when required.
