- Position: Assistant Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment Industry)
- Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 Basic Salary + $1,500 Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Meal Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
- Leverage digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive online sales
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Possess own vehicle
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players is required
