- Position : Customer Service Executive (Smart home Programming) – Up to $4,500 – EAST
- Location : East – Loyang
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing of customer enquiry through emails and phone calls
- Liaise with customers on their service enquires
- Provide information to inquires about products and services to the customers and scheduling of appointments
- Ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other department as necessary
- Assisting to answer clients on smart home programming information
Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher Nitec & Above with at least one year of working experience
- Training on Smart Home Product & Programming will be provided
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
