Job Description:
• Solving complex interaction problems, humanize product ideas and develop these into elegant application design.
• Own the end-to-end design process, in close partnership with product managers & engineers, to create/iterate on concepts through design exploration, ideation, user validation.
• Balance between the practicalities of user requirements and business needs.
• Align the execution of design with the rest of the product and design organization.
• Communicate design solutions to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
• Experience in driving appropriate user research activities such as discovery interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, post-launch feedback, metrics review, and the translation of research insights into actionable recommendations.
• Working under the guidance of a Senior UX Lead to align design efforts with team goals and client expectations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience designing solutions for software applications
• Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, and with a mind for simplicity of design
• Proven expertise turning complex business problems into simple and engaging design concepts
• Proactive self-starter, and capable of communicating and prototyping interactions at all levels of resolution
• Familiarity with modern digital design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma)
• Good awareness of software development processes and frontend development technologies
