JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain sales databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and other documentation as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedbacks.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other related documents.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for all sales documents and correspondence.
- Provide client service support for retail network and E-commerce
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through company’s available social media platforms (i,e: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, etc.).
- Assist in scheduling customers’ jewellery repairs.
- Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
Sales-Driven Activities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.
- Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers.
- Process E-commerce orders from beginning to end.
- Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores.
- Drive client satisfaction.
- Generate revenue increase by offering sound recommendations and suggestions.
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Fresh graduate can be considered.
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently
- Positive work attitude and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Candidates must be willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays
