Job responsibilities:
- Preparation of ingredients and handling of kitchen equipment
- Production of pastries, gelato, cakes
- Receiving and checking of inventory, managing of inventory levels
- Maintaining the hygiene standard
Basic Requirements:
- Working knowledge of pastry production and baking techniques (Central Kitchen)
- Possessing a certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking (or any relevant field), and with proven experience in F&B industry.
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm)
