Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly journals, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations
- Responsible for monthly and year-end closing
- Prepare regulatory / internal reporting, premium aging analysis and bad debt provisions
- Prepare audit schedules, GST report, corporate taxes
- Prepare GL journal entries and bank reconciliation
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable & receivable functions
- Handle statistics surveys and statutory matters
- Keep abreast of key changes in accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prepare monthly submission of CPF and yearly IR8A
- Handle petty cash reimbursements & expenses claim
- Assist in any other work as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant accounting qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and has a positive attitude
- Able to work independently in meeting deadlines, meticulous & have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
