- Position : Project Executive (Timber Doors/Construction/Procurement) – Up To $5,000
- Location : Island Wide | Office at Woodlands Industrial Park
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus + Travel Allowances + OT Payable + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves/Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the main technical adviser for project sites for subcontractors
- Prepare, Sketch and produce AutoCAD site drawings with Drafters & Quantity Surveyors to achieve approval from clients
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; Proposal and preparation of material samples; Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
- Proposing cost-effective solutions for the intended project
- Liaising with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submissions
- Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
- Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
- Finalize as built drawings with quantity surveyors for final claim purposes;
Requirements:
- Min NITEC / Diploma in Drafting/Engineering or related with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Autocad Revit, Architecture,Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft office
- Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin
