As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as Associate – Private Clients.

- Work with the Private Clients team to deliver positive client experience, by developing a keen sense of understanding of and attending to clients’ needs
- To eventually develop the ability to acquire new client relationships and generate net new assets to grow a portfolio of High Net Worth clientele
Your attributes:
- Motivated, reliable and resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in financial and wealth planning
- Able to multi-task, work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Meticulous yet possess the ability to understand matters from a top-down perspective
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Possess professional integrity
- Degree in a relevant field (verification proof is required)
- Fluency in a second language such as English will be an advantage
- Able to work with Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support on the provision of investment management and advisory service through production of marketing materials and interacting with clients
- Ensure prompt execution of client transactions and provide excellent administrative support in areas such as onboarding and regular reviews
- Collaborate with relevant parties, internal and external, and extend our tailored private wealth services to meet client objectives and requirements
- Actively support business initiatives and contribute towards the development of the business
