  • To manage supply chain and ensure that the production operations run smoothly by maintaining healthy stock levels and establishing strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers. Actively source and negotiate with new suppliers to enhance our purchasing portfolio and secure the best possible terms.
  • Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels regularly and forecast supply needs to prevent shortages and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods. Follow up with suppliers on order status and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Cost Management: Analyse and compare supplier pricing, terms, and quality. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and order history.


Requirements:

  • A Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Business or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of purchasing experience will be an advantage
