Direct Hiring Quantity Surveyor (Interior Renovation)
Malaysian Chinese (WP) / Singaporean / Singapore PR
Workplace: Mandai Estate
Work Timing: Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.00pm & Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm
-Salary $3,200 - $3,500 depends on experiences.
*(Prefer F & B experience first)
-At least 2 years experiences.
-Accept 1 month notice and ready to start work at any time.
Skills Requirement:
-Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point or Others)
-Using QS Software (Bluebeam)
-Must fluent in English (Speak, Listen & Write)
Job Scope:
-Inspect, review or evaluate construction plans provide progress reports and prepare items are required.
- Liaise and collaborate with site managers, customers, contractors & subcontractors.
-Collect and prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary related documents and forward them to appropriate management or personnel.
- Provide opinions, suggestions and advice on innovative improvements and new strategies to managers and customers.
- Record relevant changes in the design and update the budget when needed.
-Build and maintain healthy and professional relationships with all site managers, customers, contractors & subcontractors.
- Travel from the office to various locations when needed.
