Job – Objective / Position Description:

To support operational requirements. Manage the Procurement process effectively. Develop strong relationship with other department & groups within the organisation and to support organisation goals and objectives.


Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

  • Assist in purchasing administrative processes to support outlets ordering needs
  • Support Navision system – Purchase Order, product list & purchase report
  • Any adhoc duties relevant to purchasing function or operational needs
  • Update data entry


Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)

  • Diploma in any field or obtained Professional Certificate relating to job role
  • Experiences in procurement for large-scale centralized purchasing function including contract administration and contract law is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel and ERP system
  • Detail-oriented, mature and open mind to challenges
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and able to work in fast pace environment
  • Able to converse and write in English & Chinese
