Job – Objective / Position Description:
To support operational requirements. Manage the Procurement process effectively. Develop strong relationship with other department & groups within the organisation and to support organisation goals and objectives.
Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)
- Assist in purchasing administrative processes to support outlets ordering needs
- Support Navision system – Purchase Order, product list & purchase report
- Any adhoc duties relevant to purchasing function or operational needs
- Update data entry
Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)
- Diploma in any field or obtained Professional Certificate relating to job role
- Experiences in procurement for large-scale centralized purchasing function including contract administration and contract law is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel and ERP system
- Detail-oriented, mature and open mind to challenges
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and able to work in fast pace environment
- Able to converse and write in English & Chinese
