Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee key client relationships within Singapore to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute account management strategies to meet sales goals and achieve business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for product placement and enhance brand presence in the analgesic market.
- Monitor market trends, assess customer demands, and analyze competitor actions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional initiatives.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, agreements, and pricing with key clients, focusing on profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports on key accounts to the sales team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or key account management, with a track record of success, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Experience working with supermarkets, convenience stores, travel retail, or pharmacy channels is advantageous.
- Knowledge of trade marketing and distributor management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
