Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing internal systems, ensuring seamless communication across multiple departments, and bridging the gap between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop technical solutions, and facilitate the implementation of system enhancements that improve efficiency and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance, HR) to understand their system requirements and identify potential improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate communication to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • System Analysis & Design: Analyze existing internal systems, workflows, and processes. Propose improvements or new systems that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, business cases, and user guides, to support system enhancements and implementations.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends and inefficiencies in existing systems. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize internal processes.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project management tasks such as defining project scope, milestones, and timelines. Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of system upgrades or new solutions.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the IT team during system development and testing phases. Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are fully tested before deployment.
  • Change Management: Facilitate training sessions or user onboarding for system changes. Help manage the transition and ensure a smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance internal systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with internal systems and cross-departmental projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and internal systems, with experience in system integration and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools such as process mapping, workflow diagrams, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM/ATS platforms, or other business management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that align with business goals.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is desirable.
