Job Description:
- Perform verification, calibration and preventive maintenance (PMs) with in-house Metrology SOPs
- Ensure that the External 3P vendors are qualified under Customer off-site and on-site requirements prior their service job execution
- Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program, using in-house Asst Management system in the following areas:
- Training
- Service Reports of all equipment and calibration tools for all services performed
- Asset information
- Vendor Qualification Review
- Effective communication and coordination with customers, vendors, multi-functional team in the company to ensure services can be carried out effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science or Engineering, preferably in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
