We are looking for a proactive HR professional to handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on manpower planning, providing insights on requirements, statutory guidelines, and manpower costing projections.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and manage the end-to-end process of training requisitions for all subsidiaries.
- Liaise with educational institutions to organize internships and programs, such as the Work-Study Diploma.
- Oversee leave and benefits administration (including insurance), monthly payroll processing, work pass administration, and compliance with government surveys.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including processing payroll changes, exit interviews, and clearance.
- Ensure timely processes on employee confirmations, contract renewals, resignations, and salary reviews.
- Monitor headcount changes, prepare HR reports, and facilitate the annual performance appraisal and bonus exercises.
- Stay updated with changes in the Employment Act and ensure internal HR policies and procedures are reviewed accordingly.
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and employee development.
