Manager, People and Organisation Development

As a Manager, People and Organisation Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of organization-wide learning and development programs.
  • Manage the master training calendar and scheduling.
  • Support the development, implementation, and review of People Development policies and processes.
  • Analyze learning statistics and evaluation results, making recommendations for improvements and reporting.
  • Facilitate procurement for learning and development programs.
  • Manage facility bookings and optimize utilization.
  • Ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships for P&OD, strategizing for strong partnerships.
  • Coordinate and support departmental projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the P&OD team on cross-cutting or organization-wide projects.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial/supervisory role
