As a Manager, People and Organisation Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of organization-wide learning and development programs.
- Manage the master training calendar and scheduling.
- Support the development, implementation, and review of People Development policies and processes.
- Analyze learning statistics and evaluation results, making recommendations for improvements and reporting.
- Facilitate procurement for learning and development programs.
- Manage facility bookings and optimize utilization.
- Ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships for P&OD, strategizing for strong partnerships.
- Coordinate and support departmental projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the P&OD team on cross-cutting or organization-wide projects.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial/supervisory role
