Core Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of clients records in database and ensure timely submission of clients data to relevant authorities and agencies
• Responsible for the Accounts Invoicing, leave, payroll and MOM matters
• Issue suppliers cheque, GIRO and Telegraphic Transfer
• Giro and bank payment posting
• Daily petty cash posting
• Petty cash reimbursement
• Responsible for procurement of stationery and equipment for office use and maintain monthly stock count
• Responsible for procurement of refreshments for weekly meetings
• Responsible for photocopying and distributing of circulars and collating, collecting of reply slips from clients, coaches, parents and or caregivers
• Perform front desk reception and customer service duties such as attending to incoming calls and walk-in visitors
• Human Resources Spectrum and Info Tech software
• Any other duties required by supervisor
Location: Jurong East Home or/and Thomson or HQ
Candidate Requirements
Bilingual in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. (enable to handle phone inquiries from English and Chinese-speaking Clients)
Minimum a Certification in Adminstration, Accountancy, Human Resources or other relevant disciplines.
Technical Competencies:
• Must be able to manage a full set of accounts, including payroll.
• Accountancy info tech system, or other relevant disciplines.
• High levels of patience and passion for working with adults with disabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially excel, power point.
Core Competencies:
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. (in order to handle phone inquiries from Chinese-speaking customers)
