What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
- Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
- Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
- Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
- Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

- Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts and styling.
- Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients' preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles. Having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively are important.

- Familiar with both Asian & Caucasian hair colouring techniques
