Inventory Assistant

Job Description:

Delivery and Collection of Goods

· Delivery and collection at the warehouse

· Delivery of goods in Singapore mainland and Jurong Island

· Safe driving habits and maintaining a clean driving record with no traffic violations

· Perform other duties as assigned.


Duties in Office Store

· Assisting in receiving, stocking, issuing, sorting and packing of goods

· Send serial numbers (S/I) and part numbers (S/N) to the warehouse.

· Print barcode labels upon receiving incoming goods.

· Transfer parts in inventory management system.

· Filing and update inbound and outbound documents.

· Print purchase invoices of incoming shipments

· Assist with stock-take processes at warehouse and office store.

· Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.

· Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

· Possess a Class 3A driving licence.

· 1~5 years of driving experience

· Minimum 1~2 years of store or warehousing experience and is computer literate.

· Minimum “N” level certificate

· Familiarity with Jurong Island roads will be an advantage.

· Must be a good team worker with a positive working attitude.

· Able to start work at short notice is preferred.
