About the Company:
Our client has been in the supply chain business, serving the defence & government sectors, as well as commercial industries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage the insurance portfolio, including policy procurement, renewals, and adjustments based on regulatory changes.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and legal teams to negotiate terms, premiums, and customize insurance plans.
• Track budgets, premium costs, claim payouts, and provide financial analysis.
• Manage end-to-end insurance claims, ensuring timely settlement and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders on risk management solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on risk exposure, insurance coverage, and claims performance.
• Conduct workshops to raise awareness of insurance and risk management practices.
• Support crisis management and real-time decision-making.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or related fields (preferably in supply chain or corporate risk).
• Knowledge of Singapore regulations and insurance products (General & Finance Lines).
• Proficient in MS Office & Power Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like ARM or CPCU are an advantage.
