About Our Client

Job Description
- Processing fixed asset transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, write-offs, and transfers in SAP, and executing the monthly depreciation run
- Ensuring accounting entries for Capex Purchase Requisitions comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and the institution's Finance Policies & Procedures
- Preparing monthly journal entries, including accruals, deferred income recognition, and adjustments
- Monitoring open items in Asset Under Construction (AUC) and Fixed Asset Clearing GL Accounts monthly, and performing asset capitalization upon project completion
- Preparing monthly audit schedules for Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE), Intangible Assets (IA), and Right-of-Use (ROU) assets
- Maintaining the SAP Fixed Asset register
- Generating and distributing fixed asset listings for users to conduct annual physical asset counts
- Liaising with users on fixed asset-related matters
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Accountancy and/or equivalent
- Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Independent and meticulous
