1. Assist the Active Ageing Centres Manager by:
· Executing administrative processes needed to ensure the smooth operation and functioning of AAC services and ensuring compliance with audit requirements
· Data entry, data collation and reconciliation to submit statistics and progress reports for grant claims to Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
· Assist in AACs’ outreach activities such as carnivals, block parties, door-knocking, etc.
· Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in inquiries.
· Attendance taking
· Assist in administering and preparing programmes and events for seniors or volunteers.
· Manage e-filing of essential documents and ensure current
· Assist in office maintenance, such as, ensuring sufficient office supplies and equipment maintenance.
2. Support the Head of AACs in:
· Coordinating AACs’ training and staff events.
· Participate in regular audits ensuring compliance with audit requirements stipulated by both internal and external parties, such as AIC.
· Support the review and writing of SOPs.
· Covering the duties of the AAC staff when he or she is on leave, as far as possible.
3. Any tasks as assigned by the Head of Active Ageing Centres or the Centre Manager.
4. Being multilingual would be an added advantage.
