- Position : Luxury Designer Furnitures - Retail Sales Associate (5 DAYS/UNCAPPED COMMISSION)
- Location : Downtown - Bencoolen
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 10.30am - 8pm | Saturday to Sunday shift hours (2 weekend off per month)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up To $3000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus + OT payable + 16 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure monthly and annual sales target set are achieved.
- Attending to client's enquiries ; updating clients with company information, promotions and events.
- To review the customer’s order to deliver report on a weekly basis and ensure order notes remain current.
- To ensure the timely update and input of all client’s details into the system (GP) and any other relevant databases.
- To host company events and attend external trade events when required.
- To assist in introduction and training of new staff in GP, company policies, discipline and procedures, ordering processes, etc
- To work on duty roster with co-colleague to ensure enough manpower is on duty to manage the showroom to provide a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintenance of the showroom, ensuring all items are kept in a clean and presentable manner.
- Coordinating with the warehouse for specific delivery requirements or updates that have been discussed with the client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher Nitec Level with at least 1-2 year sales experience or relevant experience.
- Independent and proactive.
- Great communicating skills and team player.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
