We are seeking for 4 X Account Specialists (native Korean language) to support our client from a Social Media Leader in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with new and existing clients to identify sales opportunities, providing tailored solutions for business goals.
- Enhance client experience and revenue growth by optimizing product adoption for a portfolio of SMB clients.
- Offer pre-and post-sales support, becoming an expert on advertising solutions and resolving client issues.
- Provide feedback on product insights and success stories to drive business growth.
- Utilize tools for effective client communication and support, while assisting in the maintenance and improvement of the company’s Quality Management System.
Requirements:
- Education: Advanced diploma, Bachelor's, or higher in any field.
- Experience: 2+ years in a relevant field preferred; business development, sales, or consultative selling experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong time management, motivation, and proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and the supported market language.
- Attributes: Self-starter, able to meet deadlines, comfortable in a competitive sales environment, and adept with computers and multiple systems.
- The reason for Korean speaker, this person need to liaise with South Korean counterpart.
- Requirement: Native Korean language skill and ability to speak English as the training will be conducted in English
