Job Description
- Validate payment requests
- Coordinate and schedule payment runs for institutions, ensuring payments are executed according to the established schedule
- Ensure accuracy in bank reconciliations and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed and transactions with Direct Debit Authorisation arrangements are cleared
- Participate in system enhancement projects, including User Acceptance Testing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Accountancy or a related field
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with strong service attributes and a collaborative team spirit to achieve successful outcomes
