Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Offer a welcoming and compassionate touchpoint for all visitors and clients
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, whatsapp and correspondence with a commitment to excellence
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless flow for our practitioners
  • Knowledge on Plato and Xero platform - an advantage

Administrative Tasks:

  • Support our team with document management and billing
  • Help coordinate the care of clients amongst various practitioners and doctors
  • Oversee inventory, order supplies, and assist in the general upkeep of the clinic space
