The Role:
Reporting to the Group Head of Renewable Feedstock Supply, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain and business processes within the biofuel sector. With a focus on driving efficiency, productivity, and innovation, you will leverage your expertise in consulting to implement best practices and solutions. You will also work across regional offices and multi-functional teams to align processes and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mapping of supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain data with tools like Power BI and Excel, advising management on actionable plans to enhance key metrics such as upstream restaurant waste volume and truck efficiency.
- Intelligently analyze ground-level operations to generate data-based insights, offer strategic advice, develop action plans, and monitor execution to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct ongoing KPI analysis and prepare detailed monthly reports to ensure continuous operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific region to drive process improvements and align with strategic goals.
- Benchmark best practices to identify innovation opportunities and maintain a competitive edge within commodities and biofuels sectors.
- Apply change management techniques to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, managing stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
The Requirements:
- A Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG) or commodities, particularly in biofuels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in process optimization and supply chain management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change across teams.
