Recognized Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / InformationSystems
• At least 3 years’ experience in Data Center Operations
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good customer service aptitude, and strong work ethic.
• Work on 12-hour shifts to provide 24x7 operations support
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 operating system
• Basic knowledge of Unix and Linux operating system
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (i.e. Vmware ESXi, Microsoft HyperV)
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of ITSM tools for incident management and service request management
• Preferred certifications include ITIL v3 Foundation, Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Management (CDFOM) and preferred knowledge in SS564 Singapore Standard for Green Data Centre
• Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
