- Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
- Working location at Central region: Nearest MRT Newton
Responsibility:
- Conduct collection calls to customers and ensure prompt recovery of outstanding debts.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers and coordinate with legal counsel for actions against delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate with vehicle repossession agents to track repossessed vehicles.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to settle outstanding balances and address related queries.
- Post and allocate daily receipts in the accounting system and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
