As a Nurse Clinician (Invasive Cardiovascular Laboratory), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other department in providing the best care.
- Participate in work improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
- Perform clinical audits.
- Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
- Preceptorship for junior nurses.
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Nursing.
- Have 3-5 years of supervisory experience, will be an advantage.
- Possess 5-8 years of working experience in ward setting.
- Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
