Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful
execution of projects using best practices, techniques and standards
• Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones
and adhering to deadlines
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project
scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and
techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Identify areas for improvement for all projects
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science
- 5 years of project manager experience
- Developer experience
- Project Management and Software Development experiences
- Construction industry with relevant project experience is a plus
- Independent and Team Leader
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience in handling Government project will be a bonus
- Ability to manage complex projects and maintain positive working morale in challenging situations
- Good at business requirement analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
