Accounting
- Maintenance of full set of periodic accounts and schedules in compliance with relevant the accounting policies, and liaise on with clients, auditors and 3rd parties (if applicable)
- Assist in preparation of GST reporting and submission
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations, and/or any other reporting requirements
- Required Skill(s): Xero Accounting Platform (Xero training will be provided)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
Secretarial
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties
- Incorporation of companies for clients
- Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off etc
- Updating and maintaining of statutory registers
- Filing of documents with ACRA
- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients.
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required
