Opportunity Overview
The exciting opportunity is with a leading reinsurance organization with a presence around the globe. The position is primarily responsible for supporting both general IFRS17 reporting and reserving matters across the Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Assist branches with transitioning to the IFRS17 reporting framework.
- Review IFRS17 results quarterly at both branch and regional levels.
- Working with Group Actuarial teams on process improvements
- Supporting the Global and Local Reserving teams.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Non-Life insurer / reinsurer
- Actuarial Qualifications – Partial qualification is sufficient
- Strong understanding of IFRS17
- Experience in actuarial reserving
- Asian language skills are an advantage.
