Key Responsibilities
1) Responsible for lead in executing investment opportunities. Including deal sourcing, formulating deal structures and negotiate legal documentation with investment targets.
2) Participate in formulating company strategies and plans. Including analyze market opportunities and development strategy.
3) Leading the key investment projects, responsible for the screening, approval, due diligence, evaluation, demonstration and analysis.
4) Responsible for portfolio management, manage the post-investment portfolio, providing value-add whenever possible.
5) Maintain good relationships with customers, investors and relevant departments within the company to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
6) Lead and manage the investment team, talent training and ensure team cohesion.
Qualifications
1) Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
2) 10+ years of experience Investment Banking or Private Equity experience.
3) Proficient in financial analysis and modeling.
4) Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
5）Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
