Job Description
- Expand into new markets.
- Manage sales and agents.
- Reach out to ship owners to include our offerings on their market list.
- Provide technical support to address inquiries from ships and vessels regarding Nordic Systems.
- Maintain strong customer relationship with the Company.
- Review customer technical specifications and collaborate with the Application team for bidding.
- Monitor and follow up on all submitted quotes.
- Open new Sales account.
- Identify and recruit suitable new sales agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Issue and monitor Owner's benefits.
- Continuously seek out sales opportunities.
- Present the Company's products and services to potential customers.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the Maritime, Oil & Gas industries and shipyards is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Responsible, Meticulous, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Experienced in PLC/SCADA systems is preferred.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
