Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and automate infrastructure using code, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.
- Troubleshoot and support containerized environments (EKS, ECS, ECR) to resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee capacity planning, monitoring, and alert setup for optimal performance.
- Expertise in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting AWS services and container technologies.
- Proficient in operating systems including AWS Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Microsoft Windows.
- Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure, resolving any IT-related issues that arise.
- Collaborate with technical leads/managers to ensure all technical support aligns with SLAs (24x7).
- Support the successful implementation of projects during go-live phases.
- Provide after-hours support as necessary to ensure system stability.
- Introduce and integrate new cloud technologies, challenging existing implementations constructively.
- Adhere to ITSM/ITIL methodologies for day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AWS operations and support.
- A proactive team player with a strong "can-do" attitude and attention to detail.
- AWS Certification – Solution Architect Associate or SysOps Administrator Associate is required.
- Additional certifications such as AWS Solution Architect Professional and Advanced Networking Specialty are highly advantageous.
- Strong background in infrastructure engineering and automation.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including network segmentation, routing, network resilience, load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with AWS RDS, application technology stacks, and containerization is essential.
