Responsibilities
(1) Accounts Officer - Accounts Receivable/ Financial Reporting
- Accounts receivable billings and collections
- Fund-raising accounting
- Investments transactions
- Government grants accounting
- Cash management
- GST reporting
- Financial reporting
- Assist in other duties as assigned in the Finance Department
(2) Accounts Officer - Accounts Payable
- Process expenses invoices
- Process payment for expenses and staff claims
- Assist in the preparation of finance reports and schedules
- Assist in other duties as assigned in the Finance Department
Requirement
- Accounting Certificate/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in Accounting
- Proficient with MS Office
- Attention to details
- Good inter-personal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
