Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the System Manager, providing functional expertise, leadership, and support for systems, equipment, and solutions in the region.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance support for systems and equipment projects.
- Install and configure systems and equipment, including Bi-Directional Amplifiers and Voice Recording systems.
- Perform security hardening, manage backups, and maintain baseline system documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and document installation and configuration procedures.
- Prepare factory acceptance test reports, site acceptance test reports, and training and support documentation.
- Prepare, update, and deliver regular status updates on projects.
- Exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively present information, respond to inquiries, prioritize tasks, and communicate professionally in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and developing new skills.
- Exhibit strong ownership and follow-up skills.
- Display strong organizational abilities and work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Capable of working on customer premises and traveling overseas for job assignments as required.
- Willingness to work after hours, on weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
- Available to perform standby duty to address customer needs during and after office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Work well with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Understand and adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring that quality workmanship is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Will be on site deployment
