- Responsible to handle operations and documentations for ocean freight import / export, permit declaration and transportation.
- Liaise closely with carriers / freight forwarders / vendors.
- Ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently with accuracy in a timely manner, complying to the requirements of the customers.
- Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents.
- Prepare billing invoices to customers and verify vendors' invoices.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar with permit declaration
- Specialized in Freight Forwarding or the equivalent
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude
