- Assess MEP design specifications and plan for accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop and manage MEP schedule to ensure it is in line with the Master program.
- Oversee subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, and coordination to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for seamless integration of MEP systems into project plans.
- Work with project team to monitor and control budgets related to MEP systems.
- Ensure quality standards, building codes compliances, contractual and safety requirements for all MEP installations.
- Identify all potential MEP issues and resolved it prior to work commencement.
- Captured all design changes / change notice requests from the client and ensure information is logged and issued to the subcontractors.
- Supervise and report the progress of works on site regularly to the PM.
- Implement quality control measures with the PM to ensure the performance and reliability of MEP systems.
- Monitor site health and safety and ensure subcontractors follow strictly to the safety rules and regulations.
- Assist PM during tender submission preparation on MEP scope of work.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Project Management or related M&E disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant MEP experience
